As a Video Conferencing and Collaboration Solutions Advisor, you play a key role in securing, operating and evolving the organization’s audiovisual and collaboration environments. Your main goal consists in overseeing compliance, managing vulnerabilities in a proactive manner and the rigorous handling of any incidents, changes and issues that may arise. You are responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimizing video conferencing solutions (including Crestron products and Windows environments) and for overseeing their performance, availability and security posture. You handle risk management issues for these environments, working closely with cybersecurity, operations and architecture teams. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the management of vulnerabilities in video conferencing environments (prioritization, handling and correction)
  • Apply and maintain cybersecurity practices tailored to audiovisual environments
  • Manage incidents (P3 to P5), including diagnostics, resolution, and the coordination of contributors
  • Handle problem resolution (root cause analysis) and implement sustainable fixes
  • Be an active participant in change management (deployments, patches, security updates)
  • Manage and maintain video conferencing solutions (Crestron products, Teams rooms, audiovisual equipment)
  • Oversee the performance, stability, and availability of environments with proactive monitoring activities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams (security, networks, workstations, cloud computing)
  • Document configurations, standards and procedures.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in IT, security or with audiovisual solutions
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience in incident, problem and change management (ITIL)
  • Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool)
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Mastery of Windows environments and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Knowledge of Crestron products
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity (managing vulnerabilities)
  • Knowledge of networks (connectivity, security)
