What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Inclusion team. Reporting to the Manager, this role acts as a key ambassador for Fiera Capital’s employer brand, leading strategic initiatives that enhance our recruitment efforts, strengthen our inclusive culture, and boost employee engagement.

You’ll play a central role in elevating the candidate and employee experience, from attracting and hiring top talent, to delivering high-impact onboarding and training programs, to supporting our DE&I commitments. Your insights will help shape our roadmap and support the growth of our people and culture.

Your responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle with a consultative, business partner approach.
  • Source and attract top talent through proactive outreach and strategic talent pooling.
  • Champion DE&I in all hiring efforts to ensure a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Minimize external agency reliance while optimizing candidate quality and experience.
  • Maintain the recruitment process excellence by ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead updates and content strategy for employer brand platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed).
  • Build our brand visibility by organizing and participating in networking initiatives and events.

Employee Engagement & Onboarding

  • Support and lead programs like the Weekly Onboarding Session and “First 100 Days” experience.
  • Contribute to employee training and engagement initiatives, including our Upskill and language learning programs.
  • Take full ownership of the Skillsoft platform: content, usage, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Identify learning and development needs and help design fit-for-purpose solutions.

Inclusion & Strategic Projects

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects that advance our culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Help shape our DE&I strategy by embedding inclusive practices across talent and engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously explore ways to improve internal programs and employee experience.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with sourcing and full-cycle hiring exposure.
  • Experience with strategic initiatives or project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); strong talent-hunting mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence with credibility.
  • Self-starter, results-driven, and highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and comfortable with data and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken).

  • Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 4 days in-office per week.

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
