We are looking for an Advisor, People Analytics to join the Human Resources team. This strategic role within the People Analytics team aims to maximize the value of HR data by supporting business partners and decision-makers in their reflections, while guiding the organization towards a data-driven decision-making culture.

You will actively participate in the development of the HR data strategy, conduct advanced analyses to support decision-making, and oversee the implementation of high-impact, scalable analytical solutions.

YOUR ROLE
  • Advise HR business units and leaders by providing advanced analyses and data-driven insights to support workforce planning, talent optimization, and performance

  • Lead analytical projects from problem formulation to strategic recommendation, ensuring alignment with business priorities

  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Develop dashboards, predictive models, and self-service tools that enable HR and management to exercise informed leadership

  • Conduct analyses related to engagement, DEI, development, retention, workforce planning, etc., using innovative and impact-oriented approaches

  • Contribute to data quality management through training, documentation, and process optimization

  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from HRBPs and management

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • University degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience

  • Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in strategic analytical roles, ideally in complex and matrixed environments

  • Experience in strategic workforce planning initiatives

  • Knowledge of modeling principles, data governance, predictive analysis, and visual storytelling

  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential data

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to translate business issues into analytical hypotheses and propose concrete solutions

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python), visualization (e.g., Power BI)

  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
