ABOUT THE TEAMAs part of the Strategic Communications and Global Government Affairs team, Internal Communications are a key enabler of PSP’s success. Our team ensures that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities. By delivering clear and impactful communications, we help foster a connected and motivating work environment, making internal communications a key asset in driving PSP’s culture and business objectives.
ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Advisor, Internal Communications, you’ll:
Act as a strategic communication advisor, being the primary point of contact for the HR function with the Strategic Communications and Global Government Affairs team, providing regular guidance and tailored communication solutions
Support the Manager of internal communications in the implementation of new and best practices in internal communications
Contribute to the development of communication strategies and execute communication plans that support PSP's business priorities in HR (Culture evolution, people strategy, etc.)
Write, edit, and manage content for various internal channels, including intranet articles, leadership messages, email campaigns, presentations, and video scripts, in collaboration with our team’s Experts Hub
Support the planning and execution of internal events such as town halls, leadership meetings, employee engagement initiatives, fostering employee connection and understanding of PSP’s values and goals
Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, leveraging analytics to optimize messaging and engagement
Develop key messages and Q&As to ensure consistency and alignment across internal communications
Maintain a close and ongoing relationship with the leaders and teams of the Human Resources function
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field
Three (3) to four (4) years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling messages
Experience managing internal communication channels and tools (e.g., intranets, newsletters, video content, digital signage)
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience working in a large corporate or government environment is an asset
Creativity, adaptability, attention to detail and a strategic mindset to drive engagement and continuous improvement
Bilingualism: English and French is required (spoken and written) *(Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montréal and Ottawa)
