Join the Change Adoption team, supporting FCC’s strategic and tactical initiatives by managing the people side of change. You’ll use your expertise and knowledge of change management best practices to effectively deliver key corporate priorities.
What you’ll do:
- Provide change management advisory services
- Lead the change process by assessing level and impact of change, developing change strategies, and creating a change plan to execute on delivery
- Document practices in accordance with proven change management methodology
- Develop appropriate metrics for assessment
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain change management best practices and methodologies
