Position Purpose: This position is responsible for developing and executing the strategy to ensure adoption of Centene e-business tools, such as Availity.com, within their assigned geography. This role will drive to reach established goals, and leverage industry knowledge, cross-departmental relationships, and critical thinking skills to reach those goals. With a heavy focus on e-business adoption, this position will have responsibility for adoption of other strategic initiatives as necessary.

  • Create and drive adoption strategies for e-business tools in collaboration with market leadership
  • Has ownership for leading and achieving state/market goals and key performance targets
  • Lead and coordinate outbound calling assignments between Markets, Availity, TOPS, and any other team proactively reaching out to providers
  • Build relationships with each market’s Provider Experience leads and representatives to ensure successful adoption of e-business tools
  • Knowledge of state/market level business goals
  • Track and report adoption metrics by state/market
  • Track adoption progress by TIN and understand business impact of provider level (multi-TIN and multi-NPI) effort
  • Provide leadership and effectively communicate adoption status to market leaders and stakeholders, may include written executive summaries
  • Partner with PE leads to create provider-specific action plans for the highest volume organizations
  • Understand provider’s unique context and provide adoption guidance
  • Ensure market staff is logging program calls/interactions in CRM
  • Work with Voice of the Provider Team to initiate action as required by VOP reporting
  • Subject matter resource for markets needing specific program assistance
  • Partner with Centene’s Change Management, Training, and Provider Experience teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
4+ years experience with e-business transactions, provider workflow, health plan – provider relationships, or related experience required

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
