As an Administrator, Advantage+, you will play a key role in processing, analyzing and validating administrative and transactional requests for major clients whose plans are complex.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Administrator, Advantage+, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Process the various activities related to the administration of savings and retirement plans, including enrolments, contributions, changes, withdrawals, transfers and terminations, while meeting service deadlines, plan-specific requirements and compliance requirements;
  • Analyze requests received in order to confirm that they are complete and compliant before processing them in the systems, then carry out the required follow-ups with clients when information is missing or incomplete;
  • Analyze rejections generated by the systems, including those from payroll files, in order to determine the actions to be taken;
  • Collaborate with the service team and support plan administrators, advisors and consultants in processing requests, reconciling plans and maintaining excellent customer service;
  • Validate financial transactions, carry out purchase, sale and transfer operations, prepare various financial and transactional reports and prioritize requests based on their impact on clients, their financial impact and processing deadlines.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in administration as well as experience in customer service or claims processing;
  • Is recognized for their speed of execution, thoroughness and ability to efficiently process a high volume of requests;
  • Stands out for their understanding of administrative and financial documents as well as their ability to validate their accuracy and compliance;
  • Is recognized for their collaboration and the quality of their follow-ups;
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to process, understand and validate administrative and transactional documents written in English with clients, plan administrators, advisors and consultants on a weekly basis.
