L’opportunité :
L’administrateur(trice) de produits d’investissement jouera un rôle clé dans le développement de relations solides avec nos clients (conseillers) grâce à un service à la clientèle fluide. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe nationale des investissements pour gérer les mises à jour et ouvertures de comptes, traiter les transactions commerciales et assurer la liaison avec les assureurs et les sociétés de fonds. Elle veillera à ce que les transactions soient traitées avec précision et en temps opportun, identifiera et corrigera les erreurs si nécessaire, et répondra rapidement aux demandes des conseillers.

Une journée type :

  • Suivre les transactions commerciales, avis NIGO, mises à jour de comptes, ouvertures et transferts à l’échelle nationale.

  • Traiter les opérations sur fonds communs et fonds distincts entrants, y compris les nouvelles ouvertures de comptes, les transactions non financières et les transferts d’investissements selon les besoins.

  • Assurer un traitement précis et ponctuel des transactions.

  • Identifier et corriger rapidement les erreurs de transaction.

  • Répondre rapidement aux demandes des conseillers.

  • Servir de liaison avec les assureurs et les sociétés de fonds au nom des conseillers.

  • Effectuer d’autres tâches assignées.

Qui vous êtes :

  • Possédez une attitude positive, un désir continu d’aider les autres, de la curiosité et la capacité à maintenir des résultats constants.

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires requis, avec une formation postsecondaire préférable.

  • Expérience antérieure dans le secteur des investissements souhaitée.

  • Expérience administrative préalable souhaitable.

  • Maîtrise de la saisie et des applications informatiques, y compris la suite MS Office.

  • Capacité démontrée à communiquer efficacement à l’écrit et à l’oral.

  • Grand souci du détail et excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes.

  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.

About The Role
The Investment Product Administrator will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients (Advisors) through seamless customer service. This individual will work closely with the entire National Investments team handling account updates and openings, processing business transactions, and liaising with carriers and fund companies. They will ensure transactions are accurately processed and timely, identify and correct errors as required, and respond to incoming advisor inquiries promptly.
What You’ll Do

  • Follow up on business transactions, NIGO notices, account updates, openings, and processing transfers at a national level.

  • Process incoming mutual and segregated fund trades, including new account opening, non-financial trades, and investment transfers as required.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

  • Identify and correct transaction errors promptly.

  • Respond to incoming advisor inquiries promptly.

  • Act as a liaison with carriers and fund companies on behalf of advisors.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need for Success

  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.

  • Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma, with post-Secondary education preferred.

  • Prior experience in the investment industry dealing with Mutual Funds and/or Segregated Funds.

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.

  • Proficiency in typing and utilizing computer applications, including the MS Office suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms.

  • Possess a positive attitude, a continuous willingness to assist others, curiosity, and the capability to maintain consistent results.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent time management skills.
