Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe;

• Plus de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente;

• Expertise avec l'IaaS SEG Cisco IronPort, la connaissance de Proofpoint est un plus;

• Expérience avec les plateformes Microsoft Email : Exchange Online/M365, Exchange 2016/2019/SE;

• Compréhension approfondie des contrôles de sécurité des emails (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware);

• Maîtrise du scripting PowerShell et de la gestion en ligne de commande;

• Expérience avec Active Directory, les stratégies de groupe (Group Policy), DNS, Load Balancers, ADFS, Entra ID et SAML;

• Compétence dans la gestion et l'optimisation des environnements Windows Server 2016/2019;

• Compétences en dépannage;

• Expérience avec ServiceNow et les processus de gestion des changements/incidents;

• Capacité de résolution de problèmes, avec sens de la responsabilité, créativité et volonté d'amélioration continue;

• Excellente communication en anglais. L'anglais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
