Job description
As part of the Active Directory team, you will join the technical experts in the Level 3 support team. As a member of an agile team, you will be responsible for providing production support using your expertise. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with teams in Paris, Bangalore, and Asia on global projects.
Responsibilities
As a technical specialist, you will ensure the optimal operational performance of the AMER Active Directory platform.
You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing global projects, including global infrastructure upgrades and various security enhancement initiatives.
Your daily responsibilities will include a mix of project work and support tasks, creating a dynamic and stimulating work environment.
Collaborating with teams in Paris and internationally will provide you with interesting challenges and new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience;
- Ability to analyze and understand complex issues related to Active Directory systems;
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex ADFS implementation issues;
- Experience with Windows scripting and automation via PowerShell;
- High level of rigor and analytical skills;
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, including senior management;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- In-depth technical expertise including LDAP, DFS, DNS, DHCP, SCOM, SCCM, backup and restore technologies, patching, and certificate authorities.
An excellent level of English is required for this position, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with teams located outside Quebec.
