L' Acheteur de commodité est responsable de la stratégie d’achats, de la performance fournisseurs et de l’optimisation des coûts pour une ou plusieurs commodités (ex. : matières premières, composants, services, équipements, etc.).
 

Il/elle pilote la performance globale fournisseurs, l’optimisation du coût total (TCO), la gestion des risques et l’alignement stratégique avec les régions, tout en soutenant les objectifs financiers et opérationnels de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie d’achats de la commodité.

  • Analyser le marché fournisseurs, les tendances de prix, les risques et opportunités

  • Mettre en place des stratégies de sourcing global / multi-sourcing

  • Piloter les plans de réduction de coûts (TCO, should cost, value engineering)

  • Sélectionner, qualifier et évaluer les fournisseurs clés

  • Négocier les contrats-cadres, conditions commerciales et accords à long terme

  • Définir et suivre les KPI fournisseurs (coût, qualité, livraison)

  • Piloter les revues de performance fournisseurs (QBR, SBR)

  • Assurer la conformité contractuelle et réglementaire

  • Développer des partenariats stratégiques avec les fournisseurs critiques

  • Gérer les risques fournisseurs (qualité, capacité, dépendance, géopolitique)

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en administration, logistique, achats ou domaine connexe

  • Certification en achats (CPSM, CSCP, SCMP, PMP – un atout)

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en achats stratégiques ou gestion de commodité

  • Français et anglais (écrit et oral)

  • Connaissance des environnements industriels / manufacturiersà

  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et analyse financière

  • Leadership transversal et influence sans autorité hiérarchique

  • Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples et des environnements complexes
