Sous la supervision du contrôleur financier, le stagiaire en comptabilité participe aux activités financières de l’entreprise, notamment celles liées aux opérations manufacturières, à la gestion des coûts de production et au cycle comptable.


Responsabilités principales :

  • Participer à la tenue des livres comptables (écritures de journal, conciliations bancaires)
  • Assister dans la préparation des états financiers mensuels
  • Contribuer au suivi des comptes fournisseurs et comptes clients
  • Participer à l’analyse des coûts de production (matières premières, main-d’œuvre, frais généraux)
  • Aider à la gestion des inventaires et à la réconciliation des écarts
  • Supporter les processus de fin de mois (fermeture comptable)
  • Participer à la préparation des audits internes ou externes
  • Effectuer diverses analyses financières ad hoc
  • Effectuer un décompte d'actifs physiques
  • Participer à l’élaboration de coûts standards 
Qualifications

Exigences :

  • Étudiant(e) au baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
  • Connaissance de base des principes comptables (ex. : normes IFRS ou ASPE)
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules de base)
  • Connaissance d’un logiciel comptable ou ERP (un atout)
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à respecter les échéanciers

Atouts :

  • Intérêt pour la comptabilité de coûts ou le secteur manufacturier
  • Connaissance de Oracle
