We are looking for experienced Account Managers to support our business growth in Quebec. The primary responsibility is to develop the client base, identify clients’ needs, and promote company’s products and services. This role also involves working with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to make clients satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clients through networking, seminars, and referrals
  • Understand the needs of clients and build trusted relationships with clients
  • Promote the company's financial products & services to address clients’ needs
  • Work with internal teams to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, closing sales and meeting targets
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to the management team
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to a proper work ethic
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the service industry preferred
  • Ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial and relationship-focused.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all personality types
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to details and solid problem-solving skills
  • Proven sales experience and established network in the marketplace
  • 5+ years of experience in the service industry preferred
  • Completion of CSC or EMP courses preferred
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills preferred
