The Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue at Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. Our Enterprise customers are comprised of Fortune 500 companies, such as Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, P&G, PepsiCo, and others. Tractian's Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is as big as Silicon Valley startups, such as Snowflake (158%) and Twilio (155%), which highlights the stickiness of our products. We make sure that top performers are recognized and over-beating quota.
As Account Executive in our B2B company, your primary goal will be to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion. This role entails proactively identifying new business opportunities, strategically approaching potential clients, and effectively closing deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, significantly contributing to our company's market presence and financial growth.
- Aggressively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively target potential clients and industries.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, focusing on long-term revenue potential.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and potential impacts on business.
- Provide feedback to management and technical teams on market demands and customer preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and advanced pipeline strategy techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value contracts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a drive for achieving rapid market expansion and revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in software-as-a-service sales.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, and the broader SaaS landscape.
- Extracurricular experience during undergraduate studies (BAJA, EJ, Athletics, FSAE, and sports).
