Your role as Account Executive

Reporting to Tania Fargnoli - Director of Sales , as Account Executive you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our footprint across eastern territories. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where hustle, grit, and the ability to pivot are key. Your job is to spark meaningful conversations, uncover client needs, and bring our Integrated Health Platform to life for organizations ranging from 250 to 1500 employees. You’re not just selling a solution—you’re telling a story that changes how people access healthcare.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process. This includes, but is not limited to identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing complex sales within companies that have fewer than 1500 employees
  • Be responsible for developing and executing strategies for AE outbound prospecting, Business Development collaboration, Partnership collaboration and growth, as well as achieving a revenue target
  • Follow a defined sales process and record all activities in our CRM to effectively manage sales engagements which can include collaboration across the Go-to-Market team as well as Medical Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.
  • Optimize addressable market coverage and generate outbound pipeline/revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to source new partnerships and continue to develop existing relationships for which the AE is responsible and make up their respective territory
  • Truly enjoy presenting Dialogue to partners and executives of prospective customers, both virtually and in-person

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Grit & Agility: You're not afraid to pick up the phone, pivot on the fly, and dive into the unknown with confidence. You thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity where there isn’t any—turning uncertainty into opportunity
  • Passionate professionalism: remember, you’re selling ‘health’ to some of the best brands in Canada in a highly competitive space. Your presence, passion, and professionalism represent key differentiators
  • A mission-oriented mindset: we are selling a service that removes barriers to accessing quality physical and mental healthcare, and positively impacts the health, wellness, and well-being of millions of Canadians
  • Experience with strategic selling in a complex environment: You bring at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the benefits and insurance sector, with hands-on experience working as a broker or closely partnering with brokers.
  • You have a strong foundation in relationship management, sales rigor, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • You’re skilled at consultative and evangelical selling—crafting compelling narratives, asking the right questions, and driving meaningful conversations. Your ability to build trust and influence across HR, finance, and executive stakeholders is key, especially in the unique and evolving world of virtual healthcare.
It’s even better if you also have:
  • Experience working with third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance brokers, and/or benefits advisors
  • Experience selling to HR, Operations, and/or Finance leaders
  • A background in the insurance or employee benefits industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
