- You'll also assist in guiding change management processes that ensure smooth technology rollouts without causing disruptions. You'll be an active member of our operations team, taking direct ownership of meaningful work that influences how customers experience our brand every day.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
