We are excited to offer a scholarship for students who are enrolled in post-secondary Art or Design programs and are interested in pursuing a career in the gaming industry. Through this initiative, we hope to bring new perspectives, ideas, and experiences to our industry. 
 
The Kabam Game Changer Scholarship will award $5,000 CAD to the successful candidate, aimed at supporting your educational journey. But it's more than just a monetary value. Eligibility

  • You are situated and enrolled as a full-time student in a post-secondary Art or Design program at an accredited college, university, or post-secondary institution in British Columbia or Quebec, Canada (verifications will be completed).
  • You are a legal resident of Canada.
  • Ideally, you possess a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or 80%.
  • You will need to submit all information required in the application below.
  • You must have demonstrated a passion for the video game industry and a desire to pursue a career in this field.

  • Please note that, as part of our evaluation process, we may ask you to provide contact information for two references. Applications will be accepted between August 17th from September 30th! Please ensure that you have submitted all information required with your application as noted below.
 
The winner of the Game Changer scholarship will be announced in December 2026.
