Lead UX/UI design for mobile games: create flows, wireframes, Figma prototypes, design systems, visual assets, and Unity implementations. Conduct research and testing, collaborate with art and engineering, mentor UX staff, and own UX across multiple feature pods to deliver engaging, usable game experiences.

Own global business operations workflows, including the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance initiatives. Coordinate studios and corporate teams across Legal, Privacy, Procurement, Publishing, and Engineering. Maintain compliance records, contracts, approvals, and risk-tracking systems; manage vendor proposal workflows; optimize operational processes using tools such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, and generative AI. Provide project management support for software migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration initiatives.

Owns analytics and optimization strategy for advertising revenue across Zynga’s mobile game portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, diagnosing trends, designing A/B tests, identifying monetization opportunities, partnering with product, analytics, and data science teams, supporting AI and ML models, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring analysts.
