Own and grow a portfolio of North American payments partners, including acquirers, banks, alternative payment methods, and fraud solution providers. Manage relationships, negotiate agreements, drive co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives, generate partner-sourced pipeline, and convert commercial opportunities. Coordinate partner integrations and onboarding with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Technical teams. Track partner health and KPIs, provide market intelligence, and lead QBRs, summits, and enablement activities.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for risk, fraud, scam prevention, money operations, reconciliations, and chargebacks. Build resilient, low-latency, event-driven financial systems with auditable ledgers, strong correctness, and high availability. Mentor engineers, establish technical direction, support production ownership, and collaborate with Product, Data/ML, Compliance, and engineering leaders. Apply AI-assisted tooling and deliver scalable, compliant services across global payment infrastructure.

Lead and unify Marketing, SDR, Sales Enablement, and RevOps into a single scalable GTM system. Drive positioning, demand generation, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, enablement, comp design, and GTM architecture across regions to produce predictable, compounding revenue for a technical B2B payments platform.

Partner with sales to deliver code-level demos and custom API integrations; build sandboxes, sample code and Postman collections; troubleshoot webhooks, auth, and payment flows; respond to technical RFPs and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering.

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations to streamline pre-sales processes (discovery, demos, RFPs, POCs). Integrate AI tools with CRM and knowledge systems, prototype quickly, train and support solutions engineers, monitor automation performance, and document scalable workflows to improve adoption and impact.

Own the end-to-end major incident lifecycle: act as incident commander for Sev-1 events, improve MTTR and on-call practices, run blameless postmortems, drive reliability metrics and roadmaps, manage incident communications and status updates, and define incident operating models, runbooks, and severity frameworks.
