Support global/regional HR initiatives, present data-driven solutions to executives, and collaborate on mobility/relocation and recognition programs to improve engagement and workforce effectiveness.

Lead governance of accounting operations and vendor teams to ensure timely, accurate financial close, reconciliations, reporting, SOX compliance, and tax filings for Canadian entities. Monitor KPIs/SLAs, maintain documentation, evaluate accounting regulation impacts, support audits, drive process improvement and automation, and liaise with external tax advisors and consultants.
