Supports month-end close, plant cost accounting, invoice coding, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory transactions, and management reporting. Works with plant personnel to obtain information, resolve issues, and complete closing activities. Requires proficiency in SAP, BPC, Excel, and related software, with ongoing training and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
