Own and scale WEKA's global partner ecosystem across OEMs and ISVs: manage relationships, define partner GTM and program structure, enable field sales with playbooks and co-sell motions, orchestrate cross-functional certification and co-marketing, hire and lead regional partner managers, and own partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets.

The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on targeting Enterprise customers, developing sales strategies, managing relationships, and collaborating with partners to drive customer adoption and sales growth.

Ensure US GAAP group reporting, ASC 606 revenue positions, multi-entity multi-currency consolidations, SOX and SEC readiness, and run treasury, FX risk, and cash management. Modernize quote-to-cash and ERP/billing systems, manage audits, and build a globally distributed finance and accounting team.

Lead supplier strategy and NPI for SSD, memory, and networking components. Own supplier partnerships, cost models, KPIs, and supplier performance. Manage multiple NPI programs, align roadmaps with engineering and product, mitigate program risk, and communicate cross-functionally to ensure product availability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
