Serve as a senior tax technical advisor on global mobility matters (Canadian and US), lead and coach teams, review and sign tax returns, design tax-efficient assignment structures and policies, coordinate payroll/social security reporting, research country-specific tax issues, grow client relationships and revenue, and implement automation/digitization solutions.

Lead U.S. business immigration client engagements, provide strategic legal counsel, supervise and mentor teams, develop immigration strategies, support business development, use data to monitor cases, and stay current on immigration law to ensure compliance and quality.

Lead consular services and business travel team managing client portfolios for short-term business visas. Provide strategic visa and consular advice, oversee global experts and team training, manage financial performance of portfolios, expand client relationships, and stay current on international immigration regulations.

Manage complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases (PERM, Adjustment of Status); draft filings; respond to clients; support program management; train junior staff; leverage automation and data to improve processes; ensure compliance and high-quality client deliverables.

Advise corporate clients on U.S. employment-based immigration matters; prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment petitions; develop compliance strategies; leverage technology to improve efficiency; participate in client meetings; and mentor junior team members.

Lead and manage a team handling high-volume U.S. business immigration matters. Provide subject-matter legal advice, prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, mentor staff, support business development, use data to track cases, and maintain client service and compliance.
