This position allows current eligible employees from the Health and Social Services system to take an unpaid leave for up to 60 months to work in a Nordic establishment.

Responsible for the education and rehabilitation of users by applying educational techniques, organizing activities, and assessing individual needs to document progress.

Internal eligible employees may take unpaid leave to work at a Nordic establishment for up to 60 months. French posting is primary; English posting to follow.

Provide senior-level advice on labour relations, negotiate and manage collective agreement issues, represent the employer in grievance and arbitration processes, counsel managers on labour law and workplace policies, and support labour-management relations strategy.

Evaluate criminogenic factors and criminal behavior, design intervention plans, and support offender and victim integration into society.
