Perform large-scale prototype, thermal, structural and wind-tunnel testing of building envelope materials and systems to standards (ASTM, AAMA, CSA, CAN/ULC); design and build test assemblies; draft test protocols and reports; coordinate with clients and project teams; identify process and equipment improvements.

Part-time field inspector performing pre-production, in-process and final inspections of softline/hardline/apparel products. Evaluate raw materials, check orders, measure finished goods, report defects, follow client and UL procedures, and use inspection sampling plans (AQL/ANSI standards). Travel to factories and warehouses required.

Hybrid, bilingual (FR/EN) role based in Varennes supporting post-sales activities: create and follow up on quotes, enter orders into ERP, process invoicing and account changes, support account managers, handle CRM inquiries, and track account/order data to convert quotes to orders.

Serve as the main CX champion by managing Voice of Customer feedback, resolving customer complaints, driving cross-functional CX improvements, documenting actions in Salesforce, reporting on initiatives, and partnering with regional leaders to enhance end-to-end customer experience and compliance with complaint-handling SOPs.
