Provides advanced bilingual English and Canadian French support for employee payroll payment services. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling payments, handling ACH reversals and stop payments, applying Canadian banking rules, resolving complex payroll exceptions, prioritizing urgent requests, coordinating with internal teams and banks, supporting client implementations, identifying operational risks, and improving procedures and documentation.

Leads the strategic and operational direction of a WFM software engineering sub-function. Oversees multiple engineering teams through directors and managers, sets technical and organizational strategy, allocates resources and budgets, and drives reliable, scalable software delivery. Develops engineering leaders, establishes modern practices including AI-assisted development, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure development, and partners cross-functionally on product roadmaps and complex technical decisions.

Lead the architecture, strategy, research, development, and production deployment of scalable generative AI capabilities across UKG products. Provide technical leadership on advanced AI methods, MLOps, CI/CD, governance, responsible AI, and model optimization. Collaborate with executives, product, data science, and engineering teams; mentor senior leaders; establish architectural standards; and represent UKG in the AI community through publications and speaking engagements.

Designs and deploys production-grade data science and AI solutions across UKG products. Responsibilities include advanced statistical and machine learning modeling, generative AI and RAG development, end-to-end ML pipelines, model lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, production engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also involves mentoring junior data scientists, leading projects, communicating insights, and contributing to AI roadmap execution.

Lead end-to-end data science and AI initiatives using statistical methods, machine learning, generative AI, and big data. Analyze billions of records, develop production-quality prototypes, and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions using cloud technologies such as Vertex AI. Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and establish data science best practices.

Generates new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, targeted calls and emails. Builds strategic account lists, qualifies prospects, communicates UKG product value, identifies customer needs, and partners with field sales teams to accelerate pipeline opportunities. Maintains activity metrics and uses Salesforce and prospecting tools to support revenue growth across defined territories.

Implement UKG Ready payroll solutions for new customers, advising on best practices, configuring solutions, importing and formatting data, creating custom reports, troubleshooting issues, and managing implementation milestones. The role serves as a UKG Ready subject-matter expert, communicates project status, improves delivery processes, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors peers. Candidates must have payroll experience, technical troubleshooting ability, and fluency in English and French.
