Own the Top Hat platform portfolio serving higher education users, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while leading a team of Product Managers. Build business cases, ship complex cross-functional products, conduct customer discovery, and drive product-market fit. Coach and develop PMs, collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, Customer Success, and Marketing, and represent the portfolio to executive leadership.

Build and improve scalable full-stack products for higher education, owning initiatives across the software development lifecycle from discovery through release. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering in a cross-functional Scrum team, experiment with AI technologies, resolve bugs, complete tickets, and deliver reliable, tested, user-focused features.

Lead design and delivery of scalable backend features, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence and system reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive architecture and automation improvements.

Maintain and optimize data pipelines and models, monitor and resolve data issues, translate stakeholder needs into SQL, build and maintain internal dashboards, support ad-hoc requests, and apply software engineering best practices under senior guidance.

Lead and mentor an engineering team to deliver high-quality web and mobile products. Own performance management, strategic planning, backlog prioritization, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design, technical excellence, and conflict resolution. Drive continuous improvement in architecture, code quality, and team processes.
