Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and web interfaces. Develop scalable, reliable systems using Java, Kotlin, React, and TypeScript; solve complex scaling challenges; improve testing, observability, and code quality; and mentor engineers. Work includes internationalization, retail commerce, enterprise systems, payment infrastructure, and distributed platforms.

Conducts at least 100 daily outreach activities through calls, email, and social channels; qualifies prospective restaurant and business customers; hosts discovery calls; schedules meetings; and hands qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role includes structured sales training and advancement toward an Account Executive position. Success requires Vietnamese and English fluency, resilience, strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and consistent achievement of activity goals.

Lead international integration engineering by architecting scalable distributed systems and an AI-powered development harness for partner integrations. Guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, review architecture and code, establish development and deployment best practices, and deliver production solutions. Collaborate with product, design, QA, UX, and partner engineering teams while using Java, Kotlin, event-driven messaging, and cloud technologies.
