Manage and grow customer accounts across Canada, serve as the primary customer contact, identify expansion opportunities, execute sales strategies, meet targets, and acquire new customers. Collaborate with sales, purchasing, operations, quality, and logistics teams to fulfill orders and provide tailored solutions. Conduct customer outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, provide market feedback, and travel occasionally for customer and office engagements.
