Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of PCBs, PCBA and RF components to IPC, AS9100 and customer specs. Execute FAI per AS9102, maintain inspection records in ERP/MES, support NCR/CAR, MRB and internal/external audits, and apply ESD and cleanroom procedures. Support continuous improvement and train junior inspectors.

Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections (including CSI and FAI) using microscopes and precision measurement tools; document results, prepare CoCs, maintain traceability, report non-conformances, support NCR/CAR and supplier evaluations, and assist ISO audits while working onsite on an evening shift.

Manage customer complaints and lead investigations with engineering using 8D tools, ensure timely corrective actions, report status to Quality Manager, perform FAI inspections, conduct audits to AS9100/ISO 9001, support continuous improvement, and work with measurement tools and basic statistical analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Designs and maintains quality assurance methods and inspection protocols, handles customer complaints and investigations, ensures corrective actions, performs first article inspections (FAI), supports audits (AS9100/ISO9001), and drives continuous improvements on the manufacturing floor.

Provide hands-on support for development, validation, transfer and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Perform process testing, data collection and analysis, tooling/design support (SolidWorks), equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training while ensuring regulatory and production compliance.

Lead product design, sustaining engineering, and end-to-end NPI for rugged photonics and micro-electronics. Manage and develop a technical team, drive process improvements, supplier collaboration, cost optimization (VAVE), and ensure compliance with regulatory and controlled-goods requirements. Report on KPIs, budgets, and technical briefings to senior management.
