The Accounts Receivable Analyst manages collections, payment disputes, customer chargebacks, deductions, account reconciliations, and credit review processes. The role analyzes receivables data, prepares reports, identifies process and system improvements, validates deductions with Sales and Operations, and supports new-customer onboarding. Success requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, Order-to-Cash knowledge, communication, negotiation, organization, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

Build SharkNinja’s marketplace affiliate presence by publishing affiliate content, recruiting and onboarding creators, testing regional programs, tracking performance, analyzing conversions, and developing actionable recommendations. The role collaborates with Sales and Digital Marketing, contributes to affiliate best-practice playbooks, provides stakeholder updates, and presents results in sprint reviews and weekly Show & Tell sessions.

Support end-to-end order management for major retailers: process orders, verify inventory, route via EDI/portals, work with 3PLs, resolve chargebacks and disputes, track OTIF, escalate issues, use AI tools for data validation, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
