Build self-service ML platform tooling and golden paths enabling Data Scientists to deploy and monitor models across batch and real-time. Ensures compliance with Canadian labour laws and collective agreements, answers employee payroll/benefits inquiries, supports audits and reporting, and coordinates with US payroll/HR teams. Bilingual (French/English) role requiring HRIS and ADP experience.

Provide Tier 2 production support and reliability engineering for enterprise transactional platforms. Responsibilities include incident triage, server/database/cloud administration, automation (scripting, IaC), CI/CD and release support, observability, security hygiene, PostgreSQL/RDBMS operational tasks, root cause analysis, and 24x7 on-call and on-site support for deployments and DR activities.

Hands-on platform engineering role to design, build, automate and operate secure, highly available OpenShift/Kubernetes and AWS/hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins), Linux administration (Ubuntu/RHEL), observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Splunk), security/compliance (IAM/RBAC, secrets, image scanning) and incident/DR practices. Collaborates with Development, QA, Security and Operations and participates in on-call, after-hours releases and occasional travel.

Manage client implementation projects end-to-end using Agile and Waterfall. Own scope, schedule, budgets, risks, stakeholders and vendor coordination. Lead cross-functional teams for digital, mobile, infrastructure and software deliveries, ensure quality, client satisfaction and timely deployments. Bilingual French/English; travel up to 30%.
