Le poste consiste à cartographier les processus, rédiger les instructions de travail, gérer les layouts d’usine et piloter des projets d’amélioration continue. L’ingénieur analyse les flux, données de production, goulots d’étranglement et opportunités Lean/Six Sigma afin d’améliorer la productivité, la qualité, l’ergonomie et les coûts. Il collabore avec la production, la qualité, la maintenance, la planification et les achats, tout en assurant la standardisation et la pérennité des améliorations.

Assists with factory production through material handling, assembly, packaging, loading and unloading, and product movement. Operates basic machinery and tools under supervision, inspects products for quality, maintains clean and organized work areas, follows safety procedures, and supports machine operators and other departments. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Training begins on the day shift, with potential day or night shifts afterward based on business needs and seniority.

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on automated glass and window production equipment. Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical failures, maintains hydraulic and pneumatic systems, uses diagnostic tools, improves production processes, and follows safety and quality procedures. The role requires vocational training in electromechanics, at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, PLC and automation knowledge, and the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
