Provides administrative and logistical support for a local program site, including recruitment scheduling, student data management, events, volunteer coordination, travel logistics, office administration, reporting, calendars, supplies, phones, and guest reception. Supports writing programs, training activities, campus events, and program directors while maintaining student information in Salesforce.

Leads the Posse Bay Area’s fundraising strategy and annual development plan targeting approximately $3 million in revenue. Responsibilities include prospect pipeline development, donor cultivation and solicitation, corporate and foundation engagement, grant proposal and report writing, fundraising event planning, records management, and supervision of the development officer or associate. The role partners with site and national development teams, supports advisory board activities, manages donor portfolios, and represents the site director on fundraising matters when needed.
