Entry-level trainee role to learn sales and operations for fleet rental: generate leads, manage vehicle inventory and customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, support district travel and assigned projects, and develop skills across sales, operations, finance, and customer service.

Manage local and national customer accounts, generate new business, oversee vehicle fleet productivity and customer satisfaction, support sales and operations, and complete assigned projects while driving company vehicles and traveling within the district.

Run day-to-day sales and fleet operations, develop customer solutions, generate new business leads, manage vehicle inventory balancing productivity and profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with assigned projects and district travel as needed.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on truck and tractor-trailer fleets, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues (including ECM/ECU/ABS), perform brake, suspension, HVAC, drivetrain and engine repairs, prepare equipment for delivery or trade-in reconditioning, and follow Penske’s diagnostic tools and training programs. Roles available from entry-level fueler/washer to experienced licensed 310T technicians.
