Implement background processing, performance tuning, testing, monitoring, and error reporting. Lead end-to-end UX for scalable, collaborative online learning products. Own 1-2 major projects, partner with PMs and engineers, produce production-ready mocks, conduct user research and usability testing, ensure design system and accessibility consistency, and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps.
