The Game Director will own design quality across Netflix SPIN’s portfolio of game projects, developing design vision, directing designers, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include hands-on gameplay prototyping and tuning in Unreal Engine 5, cross-genre design direction, collaboration with discipline leaders, and mentoring design teams. The role requires extensive game industry and Game Director experience, shipped titles, strong action-adventure expertise, multi-project leadership, and comfort working from strategic direction through detailed implementation in a fast-moving prototype environment.

Develop and refine gameplay systems for diverse Netflix game prototypes across genres and platforms. Build features end-to-end in Unreal Engine 5 using C++, Blueprints, Gen AI, and custom tools. Collaborate with designers, artists, producers, and engineers; optimize and debug gameplay for cloud streaming and TV platforms; and deliver reliable, maintainable, well-tested code in a fast-moving prototype environment.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution for Netflix Ads, partnering with Sales and clients on media plans, RFPs, campaign launches, optimization, reporting, and billing. Coordinate with Ad Ops, creative teams, and verification vendors to ensure delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Develop and maintain AV automation tools and distributed test platforms to measure device audio/video quality. Build front-end and backend services, operationalize AV metric pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to validate device capabilities and roll out AV-related applications.
