Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for Data/ML, Platform, and Engineering; build predictable pipelines, design structured interview processes and scorecards, run high-signal screening, partner with senior leadership, and improve recruiting workflows to hire and retain high-performing talent.

Build, maintain, and operate Mimica’s multi-region Kubernetes platform (GKE/EKS), infrastructure-as-code, GitOps pipelines, and observability. Support engineering teams, triage incidents, migrate IaC to Crossplane, drive FinOps, and design BYOC/single-tenant access patterns while automating work with Python tooling.

Provide hands-on IT operations support for a global, fully-remote team: administer SaaS collaboration tools, manage devices and OS configurations, own identity and access management, improve onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot cloud networking and access issues, document processes, and collaborate on automation (IaC) and security with Platform and Security teams.

Lead and scale Mimica's product organisation, define global product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven task/process mining and automation, mentor product and design teams, improve product operations and discovery, align cross-functional stakeholders, handle escalations, and hire and forecast team needs.
