Manage accounting relationships and month-end close for 20–40 startup clients. Own accurate, timely financial reporting, review preparer work, train the accounting team, communicate directly with founders, and clean or establish new books. The role requires strong organization, autonomy, systems thinking, and the ability to improve scalable accounting processes while managing multiple client portfolios.

Build full‑stack web features from zero to one, integrate with third‑party APIs, design and manage state machines for financial workflows, own features through launch and post‑launch customer iteration, and maintain high code quality and accountability.
