Supervise chantier operations by planning and coordinating crews and equipment, compiling project data, reporting non-conformities, managing employees, and ensuring compliance with procedures, labor standards, safety requirements, and client expectations. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, human resources, and prevention personnel to keep work progressing efficiently.

Oversee daily health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction sites. Conduct inspections and field audits, educate employees on safe work practices and procedures, support supervisors and workers, ensure contractors follow company and client requirements, relay safety information, and participate in health and safety committees and meetings.

Inspect, diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment on site. Replace damaged parts, perform preventive maintenance (lubrification, pneus, mises au point) and troubleshoot systèmes hydrauliques, électriques et pneumatiques.

Supervise on-site cement application operations for mining and civil projects: enforce safety and AMQ processes, plan schedules and materials, lead crews and equipment, manage costs and billing, perform risk analyses, run site meetings, and maintain client and administrative relations.

Operate concrete pump and distribution boom using remote control; assess work area; clean and perform daily maintenance on pump and piping; follow safety, environmental and quality standards; complete required trainings; perform related tasks.

Maintains clean, safe, and organized workspaces by cleaning surfaces, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas; emptying waste and recycling; restocking hygiene supplies; and following sanitation standards. The role requires autonomy, attention to detail, physical fitness, organization, and adherence to deadlines.

Assists warehouse coordinator with receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping goods. Maintains inventory accuracy in ERP, operates material-handling equipment, participates in cycle counts, ensures cleanliness and safety, and reports damages or discrepancies while collaborating with purchasing, logistics and production.

Operate and maintain blasting/lance equipment, perform repairs and inspections, support safe work methods, validate technical documentation, and carry out related tasks in a mining environment.

Operate a concrete mixer truck for deliveries: follow regulatory and safety rules, record/timestamp loading and unloading, note concrete alterations, obtain client delivery signatures, maintain truck and accessories, report transport risks to supervisor, produce daily reports, and perform related tasks.

Operate underground equipment (concrete lance, concrete pump, telehandler, boom truck, tractor), follow safe working methods with the team, demonstrate teamwork, reliability and initiative. Work schedule rotates (7/7 and 7-5-4-5).
