Coordinates end-to-end new product and packaging development projects from ideation through launch. The Controller leads financial reporting integrity, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, internal controls, audit support, and accounts payable operations. The role manages a three-person AP team, ensures GAAP and corporate-policy compliance, strengthens accounting processes, supports tax and statutory reporting, and partners with Finance, Procurement, and Operations. The position requires manufacturing accounting expertise, CPA certification, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and primarily onsite work in Montreal.

Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and improves electrical, electronic, instrumentation, control, and automated production equipment. Programs and modifies PLCs, installs motor drives, maintains automation documentation, supports preventive maintenance, and assists production and engineering teams with equipment optimization. The role requires a technical diploma in electrotechnics or instrumentation and control, PLC knowledge, industrial networking knowledge, and experience with Allen-Bradley, Modicon, and Omron systems.

Own vulnerability management, security monitoring, identity security, incident response, threat hunting, penetration testing coordination, compliance assessments, and security control optimization across cloud and on-premises environments. The role administers security platforms, develops procedures and automation, supports governance and audits, evaluates emerging technologies, and coordinates with vendors and global stakeholders. This remote position supports global locations and requires 10–15% travel.

Designs, builds, automates, and operates Azure cloud platforms supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics, and digital transformation. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, networking, identity, security, CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, monitoring, production troubleshooting, and data platform enablement. The role also administers Microsoft 365 services, hybrid Entra ID environments, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related security controls.
