Lead Workday AMS consulting for global clients, specializing in Talent and Learning. Responsibilities include configuration, ongoing support, complex enhancements, client advisory, testing guidance, dependency management, service delivery risk management, stakeholder presentations, workshops, and mentoring junior consultants. The role requires strong Workday functional expertise, customer engagement, communication, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple clients.

Leads Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, forecasting models, training, documentation, and project delivery. Acts as a senior consultant and client advisor while managing consulting staff, staffing, onboarding, utilization, performance feedback, recruiting, and mentoring. Requires strong financial planning, accounting, Excel modeling, EPM implementation, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Provide post-deployment Workday EDM configuration, troubleshooting, advisory, and customer support. Manage requests within SLAs, investigate root causes, support releases and deployments, document solutions, maintain security and privacy compliance, and assist with customer escalations. Collaborate with internal support, product, engineering, and delivery teams while contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
