Provides broad human resources support in a pharmaceutical environment, including recruitment, benefits and insurance administration, health and safety records, absence and vacation tracking for payroll, and advisory support to supervisors. The role also handles administrative tasks and related HR activities.

Supports human resources and accounting activities, with approximately three days per week focused on recruitment, employee onboarding, personnel records, HR metrics, and dashboards. The remaining time involves filing client and billing records and following up on accounting matters. The role requires recruitment and clerical experience, strong writing and interpersonal skills, discretion, professionalism, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Sous la supervision de la directrice des Finances, la personne participera aux clôtures mensuelles, à la préparation des états financiers et des analyses, aux écritures comptables et aux rapprochements de comptes. Elle assurera la tenue du grand livre, la conformité des soldes du bilan, ainsi que l’application et l’amélioration des contrôles internes et procédures comptables. Le poste exige rigueur, autonomie, capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers et respect des échéances.

Administer and maintain server, network, security, database, virtualization, backup, and recovery infrastructure in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Monitor system performance, install and upgrade infrastructure, resolve Level 1–2 support requests, manage Active Directory and Microsoft environments, maintain procedures, and train users. The role also supports firewalls, VPNs, networking, malware protection, and infrastructure projects while serving as the organization’s sole systems administrator.
