Processes and validates PO and non-PO invoices, reconciles vendor accounts, prepares payments, resolves exceptions, supports month-end close, and analyzes AP data. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and suppliers while maintaining controls and documentation. Contributes to automation and AI initiatives, identifies process improvements, and ensures compliance with company policies and procurement requirements.

Leads the Accounts Payable function, managing invoice and payment operations, supplier relationships, compliance, reporting, team development, and process improvement. The role drives AP automation, AI adoption, working capital initiatives, internal controls, month-end and year-end close support, and Procure-to-Pay optimization. It also partners with Procurement, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, scalability, and service levels.
