Designs highly available clusters, automates provisioning and maintenance with Infrastructure as Code, manages Linux and Kubernetes environments, integrates database changes into CI/CD pipelines, and builds monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana. Supports backups, recovery, replication, failover, incident response, performance tuning, and collaboration with platform and application teams.

Build, operate, troubleshoot, and automate global service-provider backbone and datacenter networks. Deploy Juniper-based infrastructure, manage routing protocols, monitor traffic and capacity, support DDoS mitigation, maintain documentation, and resolve customer escalations through on-call support. The role also contributes to network upgrades, datacenter expansions, automation frameworks, technical projects, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
