Lead and grow a senior game analytics team, define studio-wide data strategy, and own telemetry, pipelines and tooling. Deliver player insights for engagement, retention, progression and monetisation across multiple titles, run experiments (A/B), and partner with design, production and UX. Evolve the tech stack (Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, GitHub), introduce AI/ML methods, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead exploratory analysis of player behaviour, build dashboards and visualizations, partner with designers/UX/engineers, translate analytical needs into pipeline requirements, maintain AI-powered tooling, monitor KPIs, and surface actionable insights to guide game design.

Design and build level layouts and systemic/world moments; collaborate with writers, artists, and engineers; run map reviews; document and present level design content; create hand-crafted set-pieces and emergent AI-driven experiences to ensure cohesive, immersive gameplay.

Lead and manage the VFX team to design, scope, and deliver stylized VFX assets for a UE5 AAA project. Collaborate with Art Directors and cross-disciplinary teams, set up outsourcing pipelines, mentor artists, track tasks via tools like JIRA, and contribute to asset creation and documentation.
