Provides legal advice and strategic support on construction and real estate matters. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and interpreting ACC and CCDC contracts; preparing corporate documents; managing construction and property-management litigation; coordinating external counsel; handling regulatory matters involving CCQ, CNESST, and RBQ; supporting privacy compliance under Quebec’s Law 25; and monitoring legislative developments.

Supports daily HR operations, employee onboarding, corporate orientation, benefits communication, HRIS administration, data integrity, approvals, reporting, KPIs, disability and parental leave tracking, process documentation, and continuous improvement. Acts as the BambooHR resource for employees, managers, and the HR team while providing occasional operational support to HR business partners and talent acquisition.

Promote and sell new condominium units in Montreal, guide clients through the purchase process, present model suites, meet sales targets, manage sales office operations, use Lasso and Microsoft tools, handle contracts and mortgage follow-ups, and participate in sales meetings and project launch events.
