The Senior Identity Platform Developer will architect, implement, and maintain automated IAM solutions, focusing on Active Directory and SailPoint integrations while leading projects and ensuring compliance with security regulations.

Design end-to-end user experiences for SaaS products by creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, journey maps and service blueprints. Collaborate with engineering and product, incorporate user research and data, run design reviews/workshops, and experiment with AI tools to deliver accessible, user-centered solutions for web and mobile.

Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog). Implement automated unit, integration, and data-quality tests in CI/CD. Ensure production reliability with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and preventative design. Adopt AI tools to accelerate engineering and mentor teammates.

Design and build GoTo's multi‑model AI assistant and internal MCP marketplace; implement OAuth/API integrations; develop internal AI tools; drive AI adoption via demos, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
