Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, de jour, du lundi au vendredi à Laval.

Recevoir, inspecter et déballer en sécurité les Labpacks entrants. Vérifier conformité et documents, effectuer tests rapides (pH, réactivité), trier par compatibilité chimique, documenter écarts, et maintenir la sécurité et les EPI en usine.

Maintains, diagnoses, and repairs a fleet of heavy diesel, CNG, gasoline, and electric trucks and equipment, including vacuum trucks and pressure-washing units. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, braking, suspension, fuel, emissions, cooling, and air systems; completing work orders and reports; scheduling repairs in M5 Planner; ordering parts; maintaining tools and a safe workspace; and supporting new-employee training.

Operate specialized industrial service vehicles and equipment for pumping, transferring, hose handling, vacuum, hydrovac, and high-pressure operations at various sites. Inspect vehicles, prepare equipment and documentation, refuel and clean or decontaminate trucks, and report mechanical defects or missing equipment. This is a permanent, full-time role with primarily weekday hours and occasional weekend or on-call availability.

Coordinate on-site teams and heavy equipment, maintain site access and grounds, manage water and dust control, oversee contaminated soil landfilling operations, liaise with suppliers, enforce health and safety procedures, and maintain operational records and meetings.

Lead regional operational integration and capital efficiency across Eastern Canada. Manage a $30M annual capital program, drive M&A first-90-day integrations and synergy realization, and lead strategic projects to convert high-level goals into actionable workstreams through cross-functional influence and project execution.

Perform general mechanical maintenance and diagnostics on heavy vehicles (trucks): engine and transmission diagnostics, electronic/electrical and hydraulic repairs, air-brake maintenance, component replacement, complete daily work reports, and report equipment downtime to supervisors.

Partner with regional leaders to design and implement HR strategies, lead change management and regional HR projects, develop programs and HR analytics, manage labour relations including grievances and collective bargaining support, advise managers on policies and performance, support M&A activities, and travel to multiple sites (~30%).

Diagnose, maintain and repair heavy sorting-centre machinery; perform preventive maintenance, keep work area safe and clean, produce daily maintenance reports, and follow industry health and safety standards on the night shift.

Perform industrial cleaning and hazardous waste handling: transfer small to large containers, load/unload trucks, pump and treat waste, respond to spills, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and support productivity and quality targets.

Provide HR advisory to managers on discipline, collective agreements and employment law; act as employee resource for benefits, RRSP, vacation and absenteeism; support HR projects and system implementations; perform related HR tasks.

Perform production, material handling and cleaning tasks; sort materials on the line; safely operate a forklift to move/load/unload goods; maintain clean, safe production areas; follow safety procedures; direct site traffic and support daily operations as assigned.
