Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and FP&A on product costing, new product introductions, budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction, and operational performance. Supports month-end close, ERP costing processes, inventory controls, and financial analysis while supervising accounting teams.

Leads global SIOP and master scheduling across manufacturing sites, aligning demand, capacity, materials, labor, tooling, and customer delivery commitments. Owns capacity planning, scenario analysis, ERP/MRP planning data, NPI integration, and standardized planning processes. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, program management, sales, and supply chain leadership, providing executive recommendations on capacity investments, constraints, outsourcing, and delivery risks. Drives KPIs, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, service levels, and continuous operational improvement.

Lead development and lifecycle management of military helmet and integrated head protection systems. Own product configurations, BOMs, TDPs, specifications, validation plans, and technical documentation. Lead cross-functional teams through NPI, DFM/DTC, testing/prototyping, cost and quality improvements, and customer/ stakeholder technical support.

Lead cross-functional development and lifecycle management of electrical power and integrated helmet systems for military markets. Own product configuration, BOM, test/validation plans, DFM/DfX and DTC efforts, coordinate technical project delivery, support manufacturing introduction, ensure compliance with military and industry standards, and provide customer and supplier technical interface with frequent travel.
